Ingredients: 1 Whole Egg . 1/4 Cup Flour . 1/2 lb Kefalotiri . 1 Whole Lemons Squeezed . Directions: Beat the egg in a bowl and put the flour on a plate. Dip the piece of cheese in the egg, then roll in the flour. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the cheese until the flour coating is golden. Squeeze a lemon on the cheese before removing from the pan and serve immediately (excellent hot).

This Swiss Castle Gorgonzola Cheese Fondue has a very strong gorgonzola (similar to blue cheese) taste - stronger than most Americans are accustomed to. It is good as an appetizer, but not quite as well suited as a main course.
Preparation is simple: Cut open the pouch and empty the contents into a fondue pot (electric or earthenware) and warm up to just below boiling.
Wonderful as a romantic meal for two, or as an appetizer or hors d'oeuvre at a party! Serve with a firm bread cut into one inch squares, or with bite size pieces of fruit or vegetables. Apples, broccoli, etc.
A nice alternative to traditional bullion fondue for vegetarians too.
